Why can't I find [insert missing feature here]?

Is there a setting, a feature or an option that's missing from your software? You may have heard about it from our support material, seen it in a video or been told about it by a friend. Here are a few reasons that it might be missing.

1) First of all make sure that you are working with the latest version of the software. You can check out the Sentient Trader update page with a list of new features and bug fixes here. Then to download the latest version of the software you can download the .exe file from here.

2) If that doesn't work then the feature you are looking for may be an advanced feature. By default in Sentient Trader advanced features are hidden. To change this simply go to Tools> Options> General tab> Show Advanced Features.

3) Finally it may be that the option you are looking for is only included in the Intraday or a Trader version of the software. You will find an inventory of Sentient Trader features here which lists which features are available with which versions of the software.
