Cancelling a subscription

Upon subscribing to any of our services you will receive an email from 2Checkout, our software vendor, with information on how to manage your subscription.

You will be able to find any information about your orders and transactions, as well as manage your automatic renewal and payment-related information for your subscriptions directly on your 2Checkout MyAccount.

Alternatively, please simply email us on support@sentienttrader.com and provide us with the name of the product/service you wish to cancel, and the email address associated with such service (should this be different from the one you are emailing us from)
